Erneutes Speichern des Versandstatus einer Alt-Bestellung (shipped_at vor
16.07.2026) hätte rückwirkend vom heutigen Bestand abgezogen. syncSaleStock()
überspringt historische Bestellungen jetzt per Stichtag SALE_STOCK_SINCE.
