Erfasst den vollständigen Projektstand mit drei Hauptbereichen:

- Standard-Setup (app/, bootstrap/, config/, database/, public/, resources/, routes/, storage/, tests/)

- Devcontainer für Laravel Sail (PHP/MySQL/Redis)
