- phpunit.xml: DSNs und ntfy-URL leer, CACHE_DRIVER=array (Tests schrieben
  bisher in den lokalen Datei-Cache)
- dev/glitch-tip/README.md mit Instanz, Org, Projekt-IDs, API-Auswertung
