Subject: [PATCH] IDE-Helper-Dateien nicht mehr versioniert

_ide_helper*, .phpstorm.meta.php werden lokal erzeugt (php artisan ide-helper:*).
Eine fruehere Version von _ide_helper war 10 GB gross.
