Bestelldetail: Herkunft zeigt "keine Angabe", wenn nichts eingetragen ist

Seit das Herkunftsfeld im Checkout freiwillig ist, fehlte der Block bei
Kundenbestellungen ohne Angabe ganz. Jetzt steht dort grau "keine Angabe".
