packages.php und services.php erzeugt Laravel selbst; nach composer install
--no-dev unterscheiden sie sich auf Live vom lokalen Stand (Dev-Pakete) und
blockierten deploy.sh. Anleitung: Fallstricke zu Admin-Uebersetzungen, SFTP
und erzeugten Dateien.
