<p> By activation of this contract by MIVITA care gmbh - Leinfeld 2 - 87755 Kirchhaslach, hereinafter referred to as "MIVITA",

        Within the scope of its business activities, the Consultant shall safeguard the interests of MIVITA. This excludes in particular
        that the consultant sells competing aloe vera products or offers other products simultaneously with the
        MIVITA products at the same time. The consultant shall treat the business secrets of which he has become aware during the term of this contract as confidential.

        The consultant is not obliged to purchase MIVITA products. However, the purchase of a starter kit is recommended.
        Furthermore, it is recommended to participate in training courses to expand the consultant's knowledge of the MIVITA products and, if there is interest in doing so, on the establishment and management of a sales organisation.
