R0.1: tote Dev-Varianten-Routen entfernt (fehlende Views -> 500 auf BP24)

web.businessportal24-variant-float-glow/-glass-gradient; Fragmente der
alten Frontend-Version, nirgends verlinkt. Regressionstest ersetzt den
Stub in DevExampleRoutesTest.
