PM-Detailseite: Attributions-Zeile Urheber/Übermittler

Browse source 
Rendert unter dem Inhalt „Original-Inhalt von {Firma} und übermittelt
von {Übermittler}" (Legacy-Konvention), Übermittler aus dem Profilfeld
users.agency_name; bei Namensgleichheit kollabiert die Zeile zu
„Inhalt übermittelt von …", ohne Übermittler zu „Original-Inhalt von …".

Nur die Attributions-Hunks aus dem laufenden Web-Umbau; die übrigen
Working-Tree-Änderungen an View/Sprachdateien bleiben unangetastet.
