Add-on-Modal: Pflicht-Schalter + Verlaengerungs-Hinweis bei laufendem Boost

Kauf-Button bleibt deaktiviert, bis der Bestaetigungs-Schalter aktiv ist
(serverseitig abgesichert). Laeuft bereits ein Boost, warnt das Modal,
dass die Buchung die Laufzeit verlaengert, mit altem und neuem Enddatum.
