Web: Marketing-Seiten brand-aware (Titel/Meta) statt 'Business Portal 24'

Browse source 
karriere/partner/presse/team loesen die Brand jetzt pro Request ueber
WebPortalContext auf (config('app.theme') ist bei Route::view-Seiten
ohne Controller nicht gesetzt) und haben Meta-Descriptions;
businessportal24-Startseite auf das config-getriebene meta_title/
meta_description-Muster von presseecho vereinheitlicht.
