Der Kontotyp ist kein verlaesslicher Marker (connektar ist agency,
nicht apiuser) — submitForReview traegt jetzt die Quelle ('customer'
Panel, 'api' Legacy/v1) ins Status-Log, notifyAuthor prueft den
letzten Review-Uebergang. Kein Schema-Change noetig.
