build: npm-Advisories für shell-quote und source-map-js behoben

source-map-js 1.2.1 → 1.2.2 (GHSA-68fv-2mgg-jv7q). shell-quote per
overrides auf ^1.11.0 (installiert 1.12.0, GHSA-pqg4-j6r4-53mv u. a.):
concurrently legt 1.9.0 fest, auch in Version 10, und `npm audit fix`
stufte concurrently nur auf eine andere verwundbare Version herab. Beide
Pakete laufen nur in Entwicklung und Build, nichts davon im Browser.
`npm audit`: 0 Schwachstellen, Build unverändert.
