admin: Search-Console-Vorgabe für businessportal24 auf die .com-Property

Die Vorgabe in config/search_console.php nannte sc-domain:businessportal24.de;
die bestätigte Property ist businessportal24.com. Live ist der Wert per .env
gesetzt, die Vorgabe griff nur ohne Eintrag. .env.example bereits in 2ec6169.
