Preise-Seite: dynamische Tarif-Vorteile aus dem Plan anzeigen

Die oeffentliche Preise-Seite rendert jetzt die im Admin gepflegte
Vorteilsliste (plans.benefits) pro Tarif; faellt ohne gepflegte Vorteile
auf den statischen pricing.plans.included-Text zurueck. DB-Vorteile sind
admin-redaktionelle Texte und erscheinen auch unter /en in der erfassten
Sprache (Preis-/Struktur-Keys bleiben uebersetzt).

Hinweis: betrifft Web-Frontend (WIP des Users), daher separater Commit.
