Die 356-BGB-Erlöschensbestätigung entfiel mit der B2B-Umstellung; an ihre Stelle tritt der von AGB par. 13 Abs. 1 geforderte Hinweis auf die dauerhafte Archivierung (Depublikation nur als kostenpflichtiger Service, gesetzliche Ansprueche unberuehrt).
